The Laguna course was the 4th of the 5 on our stint at Dom Pedro and brings a completely different experience to the others. I’ve not played in Florida but some of the others in our group had and said it gave that feel with wide expansive palm tree lined fairways.

This course was maybe the most forgiving for the higher handicapper but with that maybe lacked a bit of intrigue with a bunch of pretty straight par 4’s, par 5’s with not much to think about in shot selection. Having said that there is a very cool stretch of holes from 12-15 with some water hazards and tricky holes you have to manoeuvre your way through.

The condition of the course was very good, lovely fairways and well-kept greens. Again like some of the other courses, I don’t think the €120 price tag is quite justified.

As with all the Dom Pedro courses, the practice facilities are very good. Lovely driving ranges with areas to hit off the grass and good chipping/putting greens.
