3 - Park Hill Golf Club

Park Hill was your traditional Leicestershire parkland course set in the rolling hills of the East Midlands. Home to a lovely clubhouse and host to many a golf day when I was at university it is sadly no longer. The club is now the Leicester City Football Club training ground. I have fond memories of playing here with my dad and friends as it was the location of my first ever eagle. A par 4, rolling down and to the right I managed to drive the green, god knows how back then but I did and rolled in a 20 footer (probably half that) for the eagle!
