Rondebosch was one of the more local courses in and around Cape Town. It’s certainly not one of the more spectacular ones in the Western Cape but at R200 a round that’s great value for money.
The course isn’t exactly straight forward and has a lot of bending holes but it is relatively open and you can miss on other fairways on most holes. It is quite forgiving for higher handicappers. It is a parkland course and in decent condition, the greens were good and fairways okay.
One of the less desirable features is the river that runs through the first few holes.
There is a driving range and good practice facilities.
