How long is that name!?

The Haarlemmermeersche Golfclub is situated a short drive from Amsterdam. A predominantly parkland course with a smattering of water it is quite a challenge, especially when the wind starts to come across the course. Despite only playing roughly 5,800 meters there are some narrow holes, lined with thick rows of trees so you need to be pretty accurate.

There are some some pretty interesting holes and the last time I played there they were doing some maintenance work and potentially moving some of the holes around so would be interested to go back and see.

It is well maintained without being pristine but at €75 a round is quite steep for the course itself. Having said that it has a really nice community feel and they have another 9 hole loop, a par 3 course and great practice facilities, a nice club to be a member at for sure.
