44 - Golfclub Midden-Brabant

Just to the south of Tilburg is Midden-Brabant. The course is pretty good, in a really nice tranquil, foresty setting. Unfortunately it was during an incredibly dry summer and the fairways were rock hard, I don't think they'd been watered in weeks. They'd obviously put more emphasis on the greens as they were in much better condition.

The course is average in length but higher handicappers can score quite well as it is fairly wide across the fairway. Most of the holes are independent of each other and not many if any are dead straight so it makes it very interesting and tactical to play. The clubhouse has a really nice setting overlooking the 18th green. Sadly there wasn't much in the way of a pro shop, a very low key feeling about the whole golf club.
